ANTH 202 - Intro Physical Anthro*SSC

Credits: 5

This course examines human beings as part of the animal kingdom, exploring topics like the principles and processes of evolution, genetics, living and fossil primates, the human fossil record and evolutionary history, early cultural development, and modern human diversity, including the concept of “race”. This course is the same as the previous ANTH 220: Physical Anthropology at EOU. Students may not receive credit for both, but they may replace an earlier grade with a better grade in ANTH 202.
