Agriculture Entrepreneurship Major [BAS]


Complete all Institutional Graduation Requirements. BAS students complete 45 general education credits.

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture Entrepreneurship requires a minimum of 94 credits to complete the major. A grade of “C-” or better is required for each course counting towards the major, but a cumulative GPA of at least a 2.00 is required for completion of the major. S/U courses may not be elected for program requirements.

An Associate of Applied Science or Equivalent transfer degree (90 transfer credits) is required to declare this program.

NOTE: Student may not complete a minor in Business or Global Foods & Agribusiness with this major.

Program Prerequisites


Students must complete the following courses in conjunction with General Education requirements

Agriculture Electives: 12 credits


Students must complete an additional 12 elective credits of agriculture related coursework as approved by advisor, 8 of these credits must be upper division. Some course options are listed below:

In lieu of the elective credits, a student may complete an OSU agriculture related minor or an AA, AS, or AAS degree related to agriculture.
