DAT 465 - Data Visualization


Credits: 4

The course introduces students to data visualization which is a combination of the art and science of converting complex dataset into a visual display that captures the important features of the dataset. Topics to be covered include static and dynamic visualization, visualization techniques and tools, and data processing and modelling. Either R, Python, D3.js or any combination of these software tools will be used in this course. 

Prerequisites: STAT 435 and MATH 341
